ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT       Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Sunapee Teachers Association, NEA-New Hampshire, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Sunapee School District relative to bad faith bargaining, unilateral implementation of RIF policy after refusing to negotiate, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
