APPEAL FROM DECISION OF HEARING OFFICER The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on February 18, 1999, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Town's Appeal from Decision of Hearing Officer filed on December 31, 1998 and the Union's objections thereto filed on January 27, 1999. 2. It examined the Union's Petition for Certification filed on August 10, 1998 and the Town's answer filed on August 25, 1998. 3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 1998-098) dated December 3, 1998. 4. It DENIED the Town's Appeal from Decision of Hearing Officer. So ordered.
