MOTION FOR REHEARING The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on February 18, 1999, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Union's Motion for Rehearing filed on January 11, 1999 and the Town's objections thereto filed on January 27, 1999. 2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint filed by the Union on September 28, 1998 and the Town's Motion to Dismiss filed on October 13, 1998 as well as the Union's objections to that motion as filed on October 23, 1998. 3. It reviewed its decision (Decision No. 1998-108) in this matter dated December 31, 1998. 4. It DENIED the Union's Motion for Rehearing.
