ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the State Employees Association of New Hampshire, SEIU, Local 1984/Merrimack County Department of Corrections, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Merrimack County Department of Corrections relative to breach of ground rules, bad faith bargaining and interfering with Union administration by not permitting bargaining team member time to prepare proposals, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
