ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS A hearing on the above cited matter was commenced before the undersigned hearing officer on January 21, 1999. The parties first addressed the applicability of the time bar of RSA 273-A:6 VII under which an unfair labor practice charge must be summarily dismissed if it has been filed more than six months from the date of alleged violation. The County cited Nashua Teachers Union, Local 1044, AFT v. Nashua School District, Decision No. 1997-030 as authority for summary dismissal. The motion to dismiss was and hereby is GRANTED.
