MOTION FOR REVIEW OF HEARING OFFICER'S DECISION The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on January 14, 1999, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Association's Motion for Review of Hearing Officer's Decision filed on November 30, 1998 and the Town's objections thereto filed on December 15, 1998. 2. It examined the Town's unfair labor practice (ULP) filed on July 29, 1998 and the Association's answer and denial filed on August 13, 1998. 3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 1998-095) in this matter dated November 18, 1998. 4. It DENIED the Association's Motion for Review of the Hearing Officer's Decision.
