ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the
representative for the complainant stating that the Newfound
Area Teachers Association, NEA-New Hampshire, wishes to
withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Newfound
Area School District relative to breach of contract and
failure to bargain resulting from attempting to change
composition of bargaining unit and by assigning terms and
conditions of employment inconsistent with CBA (pay range in
excess of CBA), it is Signed this 15th day of January, 1999
