MOTION FOR REHEARING

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on May 7, 1998, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the Association's Motion for Rehearing filed on April 2, 1998.

2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint filed by the Association on August 27, 1997 and the answer and Motion to Dismiss filed by the State on September 11, 1997.

3. It reviewed its decision (Decision No. 1998-16) in this matted dated March 13, 1998.

4. It DENIED the Motion for Rehearing.

So ordered.
