MOTION FOR REHEARING

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on 1998, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the District's Motion for Rehearing filed April 8, 1998 and the Association's objections
thereto filed on April 21, 1998. 

2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint filed by the Association on August 18, 1997, its supplemental pleadings filed on October 9 and 24, 1997, the District's answer filed on September 5, 1997 and post-hearing briefs filed by both parties on November 13, 1997. 

3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 97-114) in this matter dated December 16, 1997
and its affirmance thereof in Decision No. 1998-022 dated March 20, 1998.

4. It DENIED the District's Motion for Rehearing.

So ordered.
