MOTION OF MARGIE WILSON TO REOPEN AND INTERVENE The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, On April 22, 1998, took the following actions: 1. It reviewed a document captioned "Margie Wilson's
Motion to Reopen and Intervene" filed on April 21, 2. It noted that Margie Wilson was not a party to the above proceedings but that her counsel claimed capacity to intervene under Rule PUB 205.02 (b). It also noted that RSA 541:3 requires such request for rehearing to be within thirty (30) days after the Board's order or decision. 3. It reviewed the Hearing Officer's decision in this matter dated January 8, 1998 (Decision 1997-115) and its decision to deny review and reversal of the hearing officer's decision dated March 20, 1998 (Decision 1998-024). 4. After noting that the pending motion was filed more than
thirty (30) days after its decision of March 20, So ordered.
