ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Chester Education Association, NEA-New Hampshire, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Chester School Board relative to bad faith bargaining; unilateral implementation of change to negotiated evaluation procedure, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
