Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Chester Education Association, NEA-New Hampshire, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Chester School Board relative to refusal to bargain; unilateral implementation of change in working conditions and refusal to bargain impact, it is 

ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
