ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the State Employees Association, Local 1984, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Health & Human Services, Commissioner Terry Morton relative to wages, benefits and terms and conditions of employment are mandatory subjects of bargaining, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED. Signed this 7th day of April, 1998.
