ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Professional Firefighters of Salem, Local 2892, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Town of Salem relative to breach of contract, refusal to bargain by assigning firefighters to light duty outside their assigned schedules, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
