MOTION APPEALING DECISION OF HEARING OFFICER

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, 26, 1998, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the City's Motion Appealing Decision of Hearing Officer in this matter filed March 2,
1998 and the Union's objections thereto filed March 16, 1998.

2. It examined the Union's Modification Petition filed on October 24, 1997 and the City's response filed
on October 31, 1997.

3. It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 1998-006) in this matter dated January 30, 1998.

4. It sustained the decision of the hearing officer and DENIED the Motion Appealing Decision of Hearing Officer. 

So ordered.
