MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on March 12, 1998, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the State's Motion for Reconsideration filed on January 8, 1998 and the Association's answer and objections thereto filed on March 6, 1998.

2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint filed by the Association on November 4, 1997 and the
answer filed by the State on November 10, 1997.

3. It reviewed its decision (Decision No. 97-119) in this matter dated December 19, 1997. 

4. It DENIED the Motion for Reconsideration.

So ordered.
