MOTION FOR REVIEW AND REVERSAL OF HEARING OFFICER DECISION

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on March 12, 1998, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the District's Motion for Review and Reversal of Hearing Officer's decision filed February 6, 1998, the Association's Appeal from Decision of Hearing Officer, on matters of remedy, filed on February 9, 1998, the Association's objections to the District's Motion for Review and Reversal filed February 23, 1998, and the District's objection to the Association's appeal as filed on February 24, 1998.

2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) charge filed by the Association on July 2, 1997, its addendum thereto filed July 7, 1997, the District's answer filed on July 14, 1997 and its amendment thereto filed July 22, 1997.

3.It reviewed the hearing officer's decision (Decision No. 97-115) in this matter dated January 8, 1998.

4. It sustained the decision of the hearing officer and DENIED the District's Motion for Review and Reversal as well as the Association's Appeal from Decision of Hearing Officer. 

So ordered.
