MOTION FOR REHEARING

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on March 12, 1998, took the following actions:

 1. It reviewed the District's Motion for Rehearing filed on January 29, 1998 and the Association's objections thereto filed February 13, 1998.

2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) complainant filed by the District on June 26, 1997 and the answer filed by the Association on July 9, 1997, as well as post-hearing memoranda filed by both parties on December 4, 1997. 

3. It reviewed its decision (Decision No. 97-121) in this matter dated January 2, 1998.

4. It DENIED the Motion for Rehearing.

So ordered
