ORDER ON PETITION FOR CERTIFICATION 

Nashua Police Patrolman's Association filed a petition to certify a bargaining unit of patrolmen and second year special officers on November 16, 1997. International Brotherhood of Police Officers, Local 464, the incumbent exclusive representative, filed a statement of interest and a request for a hearing on December 3, 1997. No objection was filed by the public employer. A hearing was held before the Board on February 10, 1998. 

The Board deliberated on February 10, 1998, and determined that an election shall be held.

So ordered.
