DISTRICT'S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION  ASSOCIATION'S CROSS-MOTION FOR REHEARING  The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on February 3, 1998, took the following actions:  1. It reviewed the District's Motion for Reconsideration filed on January 16, 1998 and the Association's objections thereto and its cross-motion for rehearing both filed in one document on January 26, 1998. 2. It examined the unfair labor practice filed by the Association on April 7, 1997 and the answer filed by the District on April 22, 1997. 3. It reviewed its decision in this matter (Decision 97-118) dated December 19, 1997. 4. It DENIED the Motion for Reconsideration and the Cross-Motion for Rehearing. So ordered.
