JOINT MOTION TO CONTINUE During a pre-hearing conference meeting with the undersigned hearing officer on February 2, 1998, the parties' representatives presented a Joint Motion to Continue, of the same date, the contents of which are incorporated by reference. Upon examination, I find that motion to be consistent with the purposes of RSA 273-A in that it (1) promotes a schedule by which necessary approvals may be secured from the voters in a timely manner as contemplated in RSA 273-A:3, and (2) conserves governmental resources by creating a means to dispose of the two pending ULP's without further litigation.
