ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from the representative.for the complainant stating that the Portsmouth Police Officers I.B.P.O., Local 402, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the City of Portsmouth, Police Commission relative to refusal to bargain unilateral implementation of SOP’S dealing with terms and conditions of employment, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
