MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION
MOTION FOR REHEARING

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on January 8, 1998, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the Association's Motion for Clarification filed on October 9, 1997, its Motion for Rehearing filed on October 17, 1997 and the School Board's objection to the Motion for Rehearing filed on November 3, 1997.

2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) filed by the Association on January 29, 1997 and the answer of the School Board filed on February 13, 1997.

3. It reviewed its decision in this matter (Decision No. 97-082) dated September 17, 1997, inclusive of the obligation to bargain the impact of subcontracting school nurse positions.

4. IT DENIED the Motion for ClarificationandDENIED the Motion for Rehearing. 

So ordered.
