ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification from counsel for the complainant stating that the Dover Police Administrators' Association, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against Mayor Charles Reynolds and the City of Dover relative to bad faith bargaining by failing to adhere to ground rules for negotiations and unilateral changes to the City Council's role as the legislative body, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.  Signed this 15th dayof January, 1998.    /s/ Jack Buckley JACK BUCKLEY Alternate Chairman Back
