MOTION TO CONTINUE

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on January 8, 1998, took the following actions:

1. It reviewed the pending unfair labor practice (ULP) complaints and answers in the two cases captioned above. 

2. It received communications from the parties reporting that both the School Board and the Educational Assistants have ratified an agreement as of January 7, 1998, which if approved by the City Council on January 26, 1998, will 2 resolve the pending litigation represented in these two cases.

3. IT GRANTED the parties' request to continue these proceedings until after February 1, 1998. If a request to reschedule either or both of these cases before the PELRB is not received on or before February 3, 1998, from either or both of the parties, either or both of these matters, as the case may be, shall be dismissed from the
PELRB's docket of cases.

So ordered.
