ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to notification from the representative of the Union appearing before the PELRB on February 13, 1997 who stated that the Union wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice (ULP) complaint against the Nashua Public Library Trustees relative to an allegation of bad faith bargaining, failure to respond to Union proposals and unnecessary delay in presenting and responding to proposals, it is ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is DISMISSED.  So ordered.  Signed this 13th day of February, 1997.   /s/ Jack Buckley JACK BUCKLEY Alternate Chairman Back
