ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT  Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Local 2620, International Association of Firefighters , wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Derry Fire Department relative to unilateral change in conditions of employment by changing in conditions of employment by changing dispatcher shifts, refusal to bargain, dominating and interfering with bargaining agent by shift changes, it is  ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
