ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT  Pursuant to written notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the International Brotherhood of Police Officers, Local 464, wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Nashua Police Commission relative to change of working conditions; artificial ceilings on sick leave usage for performance evaluations, it is  ORDERED that the unfair labor practice charge be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.
