MOTION FOR REHEARING  The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on January 23, 1997, took the following actions:  1. It reviewed the Union’s Motion for Rehearing filed on November 19, 1996 and the Commission’s objections thereto filed January 13, 1997, after an unexpected health care delay encountered by its representative.  2. It examined the unfair labor practice (ULP) charge filed on April 23, 1996 and the Commission’s answer filed on May 6, 1996.  3. It reviewed its decision (Decision No. 96-082) in this matter dated October 30, 1996.  4. It DENIED the Union‘s Motion for Rehearing.  So ordered.
