ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to notification from the representative for the complainant stating that the Kearsarge Regional Education Association/NEA-New Hampshire wishes to withdraw the unfair labor practice charge against the Kearsarge School District relative to refusal to bargain; unilateral change in working conditions for unified arts teachers from 5.3 to 6.0 periods per day, it is  ORDERED that the petition for unfair labor practice be and the same hereby is, DISMISSED.  So ordered.  Signed this 28th day of January, 1997.   /s/ Jack Buckley JACK BUCKLEY Alternate Chairman Back
