MOTION FOR REHEARING 

The Board, meeting at its offices in Concord, New Hampshire, on January 23, 1997, took the following actions: 

1. It reviewed the Board's Motion for Rehearing filed on January 21, 1997. 

2. It examined the unfair labor practice conplaint (ULP) charge filed by the Federation on November 18, 1996. No written answer was ever filed by the Board prior to or at the hearing in this matter held on December 12,1996. 

3. It reviewed its decision (Decision No. 96-117) in this matter dated December 20, 1996 and noted that the Motion for Rehearing was filed 32 days thereafter. 

4. It DENIED the Motion for Rehearing, noting that it was untimely filed under Rule PUB 205.02. 

So Ordered.
