ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT  This matter was heard and decided by the PELRB in Decision No. 94-105 issued December 27, 1994 with rehearing denied in Decision No. 95-11 on February 15, 1995. It was thereafter cross-appealed to the New Hampshire Supreme Court and assigned Rocket Nos. 95-168 and 95-183. After oral arguments and briefs from the parties, the Court remanded to the PELRB for further proceedings on September 20, 1996 without formal opinion. By joint letter of December 16, 1996, filed with the PELRB in original on January 16, 1997, counsel for the parties advised that this matter had been settled and that all claims were being withdrawn with prejudice.
