MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with at least fifteen (15) credit hours in the field of computer sciences. Each additional year of specialized formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience: Five years’ experience as a computer programmer or systems analyst associated with a late generation medium or large scale on-line computer systems or computer networks similar to the recruiting agency; at least two years of which shall have been involved with systems analysis. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
Special Qualifications: Experience in the development of .net applications. Technical knowledge of VB.net, C#.net, ASP.net, and SQL tools. Experience with Microsoft Access 97/2003. Design, develop, implement, test and maintain large systems crossing multiple platforms. Experience in SDLC Methodology (Waterfall, RAD) including document generation. Experience in Rational Unified Process (RUP) such as, but not limited to, RequisitePro, Use Cases, Modeling, Clearcase, Clearquest, Rationalrobot, Rational Portfolio Management, etc. Experience developing work estimates for assigned data and development tasks. Familiar with software release processes, best practices and version control procedures within an SDLC and automated ALM framework. Available to work special shifts, which differ from the standard Division work hours. Available to return to work during nonstandard work hours to perform timely problem resolution tasks and priority projects.
