| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
| Education: |
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university with at least fifteen (15) credit hours in the field of computer sciences. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience. |
| Experience: |
Five years’ experience as a computer programmer or systems analyst associated with a late generation medium or large scale on-line computer systems or computer networks similar to the recruiting agency; at least two years of which shall have been involved with systems analysis. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education. |
| Special Qualifications: |
Position requires experience with application development in a team environment, strong technical analytical skills, and the ability to function independently in a demanding environment. A minimum of eight (8) years relational database experience with at least four (4) years writing packages/procedures in Oracle (PL/SQL) is preferred. Integrating Oracle with VB.NET, HTML, Javascript, Visual Studio 2003 and/or 2005, .Net Framework 1.1 and/or 2.0, and Crystal Reports in web applications is preferred. |
| Licensing Requirements: |
Must be eligible to hold a valid New Hampshire driver's license and have access to transportation for use in statewide travel. |
