The vision of the Enterprise Resource Planning Bureau of the Department of Information Technology is to provide DoIT technical and coordination support for the Statewide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative. We work in partnership with and support the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) and other State agencies to enhance financial, budgeting, purchasing, human resource and other business and associated technical processes to realize cost and productivity efficiencies.

Goals & Objectives
- Support existing DAS project management staff with the coordination, communication, and project management of ERP efforts
- Provide technical hardware and infrastructure support and assist with the planning for ongoing technical support and maintenance
- Coordinate the efforts of all DoIT staff working on the initiative (database support, system administrator support, etc.)
- Assist with the analysis of business process flows and business rules as needed
- Assist with the definition of ERP standards and promote their use once established
- Work with DoIT agency liaisons to keep them informed of project progress and to draw on their expertise as necessary
- Assist with the ongoing evaluation of all ERP component software and hardware
- Work with DoIT staff on project areas that would directly impact DoIT process flows (financial, logistics, purchasing, human resources, etc.)
