| New Hampshire Housing (NHH) is administering a municipal planning grant program funded through a cooperative agreement with HUD. The NH Community Planning Grant Program is providing grants to cities and towns to engage in reform of land use regulations to help them fulfill the NH Livability Principles and NH’s statutory principles of smart growth.
In July 2012, NHH awarded 22 grants for a variety of projects. Some of the grantee municipalities have issued requests for qualifications from consultants to assist them with their projects. These RFPs are now being posted to the NH Citizen Planner web site.
NHH will continue to post new RFQs and RFPs as they are received, so please check that site frequently if you’re a consultant interested in competing for work for the grantee communities. |
