Request for Qualifications - Concord-Manchester Transit Service Feasibility Study

Description
Southern NH Planning Commission (SNHPC) and Central NH Region Planning Commission (CNHRPC) proposes a study to identify and document the feasibility of transit services between the cities of Concord and Manchester. The study will develop a plan for services to most effectively and efficiently meet the transportation/transit needs of residents in the regions served by CNHRPC and SNHPC.

Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Tim White at twhite@snhpc.org. Copies of the response in electronic form shall be sent to Tim White at twhite@snhpc.org. Hard copies of the submission are not required.

Other Information
Work tasks will involve summarizing previous planning efforts and current services, estimating demand, designing proposed services, identifying funding opportunities and completion of draft and final study reports. The study will be monitored by a Stakeholder Advisory Committee formed to provide project input and technical assistance related to transit service operations. The Stakeholder Advisory Committee will be asked to assess the completeness of the work and suggest changes.
