PLANNING BOARD – DESIGN PLAN REVIEW & CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SERVICES

ENGINEERING SERVICES
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Rollinsford Planning Board is requesting proposals for engineering services for plan review and construction inspection services. These services will be provided as necessary to assist the Board in evaluating the engineering adequacy of Site Plan and Subdivision Applications. Duties of the selected firm will include written technical review memorandums to the Board and occasional attendance at Planning Board meetings as necessary to supplement the firm’s written review. These services will also include the inspection of the construction of these projects after approval, including the preparation of field reports and project closeout reports. Please provide all information specifically requested within this RFP and any other information that your firm feels would be beneficial to the Board in the selection process. The proposal should be limited to thirty (30) pages, including resumes and project documents.
