The first section of this bulletin explains how this technology operates and describes the process of deploying these wireless networks. For municipalities that wish to regulate the development of wireless facilities, the second section suggests some issues to consider and provides a checklist for a wireless telecommunications ordinance.

The Office of Energy and Planning (OEP) was directed to prepare this document by NH RSA 12-K, Deployment of Personal Wireless Service Facilities.
