  The DHR has a collection of fact sheets on stone-wall-saving initiatives, and other related information including a model petition and warrant article for adopting stone wall protection provisions. There are an increasing number of local inventory projects to locate, record, and protect historic stone structures (cellar holes, foundations, walls, culverts, bridges, dams, etc.).
