Mountain District Town of Conway Zoning Ordinance, 1993 147-14.1 Mountain Conservation District A. Permitted uses are as follows: 1. Forestry and tree farming and accessory logging roads and uses. 2. Wildlife refuges and conservation areas. 3. Trails for hiking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, horseback riding and other similar trails and their uses thereof. 4. Utility lines. B. In areas which are within both the Mountain Conservation District and the Recreational Resort District, there shall be the following permitted uses in addition to the above permitted uses for the Mountain Conservation District: 1. Alpine ski trails. 2. Alpine ski lifts 3. Snowmaking equipment. 4. Night ski lighting. C. Excavation shall be prohibited in the Mountain Conservation District.
