Municipalities with Shoreland Protection Regulations (an innovative land use planning technique) from OEP Municipal Land Use Regulation Database. This list should not be construed to mean that any municipality has complied with the terms of RSA 483-B, the Shoreland Water Quality Protection Act, or that the Office of Energy and Planning has certified such compliance.
