Kennels (dog) Town of Pembroke Code, 1993 143-74. Licensing. A. Unless the owner of record holds a valid permit issued by the Selectmen, it shall be unlawful for any person to operate and/or maintain the following uses: 1...4 (5) Kennels. 143-87. Commercial stables and kennels. A. No commercial stable shall be allowed on a lot less than ten (10) acres. B. No kennels shall be allowed on a lot less than two (2) acres and shall not be maintained in a manner which is offensive or detrimental to the neighborhood. Must comply also to 143-74.
