Income Eligibility Guidelines for the 2008-2009 Fuel Assistance and Weatherization Programs

Maximum gross household income by number of people in the household is currently established at 185% of the federal poverty level (FPG.)

For households with more than 8 persons, contact your Community Action Agency (also known as CAA) for eligibility guidelines. Other program guidelines and requirements may apply - your CAA will provide you with all the details.

Income guidelines will be increased to 60% of the state median income (SMI) if funds are available later in the program year.
