To acquire Folders
There are many sources to buy these from and there are different brands and pricing to choose from as well.
For the Field File we use "Oxford PressGuard Report Covers with Fasteners"
We use 8½ x 11 inch size with 3 inch capacity. The material is coated to resist wear. We have properties protected through various programs or agencies and buy different color report covers to color code them.
For sheet protectors we use the economy weight top loading style, and the larger the quantity the better the price.
For the Office File we use "Moisture-Resistant Classification
Folders".
We like the ones with 2 internal dividers, which means you get six sections. Paper is fastened with two holes. They have Tyvek spine and gussets for durability. We color code these to match the Filed Files.
