Description: Request to convey a Conservation Easement on the 284-acre Big Island State Forest property to the US Fish & Wildlife Service for management as part of the Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge in exchange for the fee title to 220+/- acres of Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge property in Errol. The State of New Hampshire would retain fee ownership of the Big Island State Forest property.

Description: Request to extend for another two years the lease to the City of Laconia of a 5-acre parcel of unimproved field on Eastman Road for use by the City for overflow parking for the nearby Robbie Mills sports complex and other low-impact recreational purposes. The current lease expires on May 10, 2013. The 5-acre parcel is part of the larger state-owned Lakes Region Facility.

Description: Request from the Department of Fish and Game to lease Pulpit Rock Tower, a historic WW II observation tower on 0.438 acres of land on Davis Road (Tax Map 20.2, Lot 50), to The Friends of Pulpit Rock Tower for a term of 10 years so that the Friends can assume responsibility for its upkeep, maintenance and stewardship.

Gallen State Office Park campus.

Description: Request from the Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, to amend an existing electrical power transmission line license granted to Unitil Corporation (as the successor in interest to Concord Electric Company) to accommodate a utility pole line realignment project that will reroute a portion of the existing utility pole line located south of Clinton Street. The realignment would cause the proposed minor change to the license area within the New Hampshire Hospital Cemetery located on the north side of Clinton Street in Concord.
