2007 Capital Improvements Program Handbook

The Captial Improvements Program handbook, originally produced by the Southern NH Planning Commission in 1994 and updated in 2002 by OEP, has been rewritten and is now included as Chapter 6 of The Planning Board in New Hampshire - A Handbook for Local Officials. The CIP handbook has been updated with new information, tables and forms.
