OEP Welcomes New Additions to Staff

The Office of Energy and Planning is pleased to welcome two new
employees!
Donna
Raymond’s first day on the job as OEP’s new Business
Director was Monday, May 2, 2005. Donna lives in Auburn
with her husband and 3 year old son. She holds a Bachelor’s
degree from Dartmouth College and has worked in the
private sector ever since. She began as the Office
Manager for a civil engineering firm in NH and has
since served as Business Consulting Associate for
a private consulting firm in New Hampshire, specializing
in corporate turnaround situations and acquisitions.
Donna has many outside interests, including animal
welfare. She served on the Board of Directors of the
Friends of the Manchester Animal Shelter from 1995
to 2000 and most recently as Treasurer of Animal Allies.
On
Wednesday, May 4, 2005, Jennifer DeLong joined our
staff as our Water Resources Planner/NFIP Coordinator.
Having grown up all over the country as the daughter
of a US Coast Guardsman, Jennifer comes to us as
an experienced planner. For the past six years she
has worked as an Environmental Planner for private
sector planning firms in Boston and Milwaukee helping
to prepare Environmental Impact Statements and conducting
public outreach activities for both highway and airport
projects. Prior to that she worked as a Conservation
Specialist for a county department of Parks and Land
Use in Wisconsin working on water quality projects.
Jennifer has a B.S. in Environmental Planning and
Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin
- Green Bay, and a M.A. in Urban and Regional Planning
from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
