Hello Construction Managers, Architects, and Engineers,
The Jordan Institute on behalf of P.J. Noyes Company, Inc. will be issuing an RFP early next week for a Collaborative Project Delivery of an insulation and biomass plant installation for PJ Noyes Warehouse in Lancaster NH of approximately 35,000 square feet. This project is partially funded under the Enterprise Energy Fund and we estimate will be in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 range depending upon final project design.
The Jordan Institute on behalf of PJ Noyes will be seeking responses to this RFP from Collaborative Teams of Construction Managers, Architect, and Engineering firms to respond as a team to this project request. We are sending this notice out to all interested parties so that you can begin thinking about drawing up a team that you would like to work on this and future projects.
To further improve this Collaborative Project Delivery process we will be holding a meeting at the Office of Energy and Planning at 4 Chenell Drive, 2nd floor, Concord, NH at 2 pm this Friday June 10th to which you are invited to participate either in person or by conference call. At this meeting we will ask a series of generic questions about how we are formatting this RFP template to give you an opportunity to give us your suggestions on improving the format. Once the template is settled we will be following this RFP with four or five more RFPs in the next few weeks for other projects also being funded by the Energy Enterprise Fund. We are using this meeting process so as to get your input without jeopardizing your ability to submit on this up coming and future RFPs. Members of OEP staff will be present at this meeting.
I sincerely hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to help us craft the best possible RFP to help us streamline this process.
Our goal is to make it as efficient as possible for collaborative teams to come together and implement these projects under the current tight time restraints.
Please notify Theresa Spear whether you plan to attend, either in person or by phone. We will also post this letter on the OEP website.
Thank you
Dick Henry
