| Event Description: |
How can communities measure livability or find a balance between speed-based measures, such as Levels of Service and measures of good urban form that support non-automotive modes? Learn the appropriate way to measure performance for a corridor study where redevelopment is balanced with mobility. The New Hampshire Planners Association and the New Hampshire Association of Regional Planning Commissions are happy to announce the availability of the APA’s "Advanced Intensive Series" Webinars. Our two organizations have jointly funded the purchase of these programs, which are live presentations on topics of importance to planners. The presentations consist of a PowerPoint presentation and live audio commentary from national experts on the subjects. All are approved for AICP Certification Maintenance credit.
All four webinars will be hosted by the NH Office of Energy and Planning, 4 Chenell Drive, Concord, NH. To participate in these live sessions, you must be on location at OEP. Refreshments will be provided. At future dates, the Regional Planning Commissions may organize additional presentations of these materials after we receive the program CDs, but those dates are not set.
