Permanent Bar from Licensure for Certain Felonies

At its October 20, 2005 meeting, the NH Board of Nursing voted to adopt the NCSBN “Permanent Bar to Certain Felonies”.

Felony crimes that will not be considered for initial licensure effective October 20, 2005 are as follows:

  • Murder
  • Aggravated Robbery
  • Felonious Assault
  • Sexual Crimes Involving Children
  • Kidnapping
  • Criminal Mistreatment of Children
  • Aggravated Robbery of Vulnerable Adults
  • Exploitation of Vulnerable Individuals
